Day 4. Feeling heaps better, I've got a clear head.
starting from scratch , pretty confident I'll be able to do the 7 day challenge , half a day already underway
check in day 3
Feeling urges throughout the day. Will reach 7-day streak tonight in 1hr.
I have been practicing this letting go technique. Whenever I feel the urges, I observe the feeling, and I embrace it, without judgment. Then I just let it go. Look it up.
Relapsed damn it....back to day 0 right now, not giving up just yet !!!!
Day 1 for me. Attempting soft mode (PM) for 7 days as a start. Fingers crossed.
2nd DAY heavy brain fog and random boner.

Day 4 of 7. No real temptations, however, a behavior that is usually a precursor warning came up last night. I was listening to innocuous YouTube music into the wee hours of the morning. I need to be more focused about my evenings.
relapsed again........time for a new plan......day 0 right now.
3day on the line 4days to go feel more motivated to push my limit and i can feel the energy.
made it two days and watched pm jn so i have to reset day 0
