Well done! I just completed 7 days of no PMO. I will start 14 days of PMO tomorrow.
I LOSE TODAY ON MY 3rd day going back to 0 again just pmo i feel weak now like want to give up.
Decided to start a week challenge again I find it helpful to do it by the week, check in day 0

Day 5 of 7. A little better time management yesterday but still not there yet. Didn't exercise as I frittered away valuable time on meaningless stuff. No porn though!! Will set a schedule for my evenings to see if that helps.

Life seems to be getting better as I shift my focus to healthier habits like going to the gym.I feel the emotional imbalance that accompanies withdrawal from watching porn all the time.I know that I must keep going and not give in to the temporary low.

Day 6 of 7. Focus is still an issue when it is not clear on what needs to be done. I think I need to set clear expectations on what I want to accomplish in each evening. I started to write "expectations on what I hope to accomplish." That is the issue. I am leaving too much to hope.
Relapsed again. I'm finding this very difficult. Will start again at day 0 tomorrow. I try to think one day at a time but sometimes lose focus. Does anyone have any tips they want to share?
