I relapsed, back to day 1
Day 5, really happy to have made it this far. Today I'm working on accepting things as they are without wanting to run away into fantasy land
day 5 completed.
Day 2/7 is finally done!
"Day5"TODAY I FEEL MORE ENERGY THAN YESTERDAY,LESSER ANXIETY,STILL GOT BRAIN FOG,
CONCLUSIONAMN I FEEL DIFFERENT ON MY FIFTH DAY NOW I AM LIKE A BETTER VERSION OF MYSELF.
Beat the three day challenge. Time to bump it up. Day 0
Day 3 started
OK so I am back again to try this 7 day challenge as I have been relapsing quite a bit the last few weeks but I'm going to try again to do 1 full week so currently on day 0.
I already know my hardest days will be the last two as it is the weekend and I don't have to work so I did want to know if anyone has any tips on how to get through these days, especially night time when mainly boredom sets in for me and I find it hard not to think about porn?
Anyway on day 0 of 7 so I'm going to see how today goes.

Day 3/7 is done. Was hard, but now it is done

day 2 right now....turned off my phone to avoid temptation and then played some video games.
