Back to Day 0, relapsed. But not getting discouraged!!
I come from failing the 90 day challenge for about a year now. Keep stumbling around the 20 day mark. Let's take it easier, start with the 7 day challenge and go from there. 1/7. Good luck everyone
Back to day 0, but determined to keep getting better! 0/7
Day 3/7 I didn't even think I was going to make it this far. Today is being the easiest one, but I'm still having a lot of urges. But I think I'll make it to the 7th day, four more days here we go!
Day 2. no urges yet
I will start this little challenge first, trying "The 14 days challenge" for my first try didn't work, so I will start from below.
