Hola volví a escribir por q andamos todavía con todo y ya casi llegando 5 quinto y ya casi entrando al reto creo q ya cumplí el reto 3 días pero voy por el de 7 días poco a poco haciéndola bn amigos y aunq no he querido ver los días q tengo en si pero le calculamos llegando a los 4 como en mi última racha antes de las recaídas que tuve por lo menos hoy vamos con todo en este reto a seguir escribiendo amigos cada día q paso en esto es una bendición bueno ya no alargó más espero q sigan cumpliendo sus retos y poco a poco lo vayan logrando cada quien con sus metas arriba NoFap

Going in, I have tried by myself getting to 7 days but it’s just imposible, I need some inspiration here.
