Day 5,a bit tougher day but still..there is no point in relapsing and pmoing,its just pure self-destruction.Idk,gonna complete this challenenge,we can do it!
Day 5 and 6 complete. Been so busy that I even forget to update you guys. Hopefully this is proof that I am healing.
3/7... again. On sunday I sliped down a little. It actualy feels like progress. It was only one time, no binge! And my streaks are getting longer (4 days that time) with exceptional touchdowns and I m flying again.
