I don't know if I set up things correctly, but this is my first day of this challenge

 

finally im back and miserable. i can do seven days of anything, so here goes day zero..

I've come and gone this thread. Got discouraged but have finally hit 7. If I can you can. When you get triggered or even just start thinking about anything related. Switch to thinking about something else. Ruminating on thoughts is the biggest problem. But if you replace what you don't want with something else. The horny thoughts go away.

Same here day 1 completed. Busy day so it was easy. More difficult days to come be ready.
