I've come and gone this thread. Got discouraged but have finally hit 7. If I can you can. When you get triggered or even just start thinking about anything related. Switch to thinking about something else. Ruminating on thoughts is the biggest problem. But if you replace what you don't want with something else. The horny thoughts go away.
