Back again ~
This time I'm gonna make it!
Me too, Fell into the same trap on my 5th day. Starting over, i have to be more disciplined.
Starting this challenge day 0.
Currently on a different schedule, initially everything went very well but then the ugly head of boredom set in that I was unable to defeat. Did not try to self talk, but rather white knuckle my way through. Putting up barriers does not help, it the constant practice of altering my mindset that truly seems to bring longer streaks.
Starting out on a new mission today, Goal of thinking through any urges that arise. Why am I having this desire, what is it trying to replace or improve, will it improve this in anyway.... (answer is obviously no).
Then take an inventory of the things I can do. How they would make me feel rather than PMO. Focusing in on these things.

Day 4/7 Today
This is Dragar, I am just using my alt account because of some technical difficulties accessing my main. It will be resolved this sunday.
Day 5. Waking up with morning woods. Gonna try and use that excitement productively
ok guys. I slipped shortly after my post this morning. Back to day 0. I'm not really that disappointed though because I did not watch any porn. Long term I think once a week fapping without porn may be fine for me, however it would be nice to try to beat my longest streak of 14 days again. Keep on keeping on

Remember guys: if you are going to slip on your goals it is far more important to not watch porn than to not masturbate. Masturbation can definitely be a problem for some but the main thing should be absolutely not to masturbate to porn if you end up slipping. IMO

3) change the perspetive on sex and on girls
4) stop the filthy fantasies
