today absolutely sucks. day 3 tho

 

alright ... Im about to sleep , Day 7/7 ...

worked out more than usual, learn a to play "a whole new world" on guitar ( not completely and still make make mistakes ) and started basics of cardistry, my fortnite piece control is a lot better ( I still get easily shit on by someone who is practicing full time )

posting daily here really helps, I definitely learned a lot about semen retention and its positive effects. I should have done this sooner.
