    Hi all, day 0 here. This challenge is perfect to set up an "easy" goal for a start, and having to come here everyday will keep this at the forefront of my mind, best of luck to you all, remember when doubts creep in there's a reason we're doing this.

    Thanks for sharing, the post was great and the channel too.

    Day 1/7 today, got back into running and meditated, felt great, I think it's very helpful to set goals in any given sport for mental health and overall fulfillment, to have something to reach that you're working on, not to mention the benefits sports have on the brain alone.

    Stay strong, remember PMO won't give you anything good, ever, it never did.
