I feel so beaten down lately, like I can't overcome this because it seems I've regressed so much over the past several months despite everything I've been doing. But I'm not giving up. I know I can be clean of this garbage and I want to be. And it starts today.
Alright I failed the 30 day challenge 3 times now.
I didn't even make it a week any of those times so I'm moving to this thread to since it seems more achievable at my level.
I went nearly 5 days but then I remembered some porn images and that caused me to just think about them constantly untill I just gave up and relapsed. I've only ever been able to resist relapsing once maybe twice in the past 8 years once I start getting really strong urges. And I've never even managed to make it past 21 days.
Hell I've only made it to 14 days 2-3 times.
Anyways enough rambling here we go again on day 0
Hey man remember why you started this, why after 8 years of trying you keep coming to the same conclusion that you need to stop. That's because there's nothing for you in PMO other than quick pleasure and then only pain, there's a reason you're doing this, we have a tendency to forget things pretty quickly, remember as much as possible why you do this and maybe remember some rock bottom moments to keep yourself on track. It takes effort to stay away from this thing and time to build up a streak, but nothing at all to be back to rock bottom and you never know how long you'll stay there, so stay sharp at all times. And what if you never make it then? There's no other certain time to make it but to work on what you have now.
This may sound super weird to many of you. My main goal is to make it to 7day mark and then try to fap the stnd day.
NoFap thing just doesnt seem to me so important. But prone masturbation and porn is something I want to get fully rid of.
So I am on the way to be able to fap the normal way and will try that once I reach 7days.
