Hi Friends,

I am desperately looking for a solution to come out of my known bad behaviours, Porn addiction and masturbation. The only reason being, i should not have regrets on my death bed that i failed to overcome my bad behaviours.

At 16 years age, i started watching women while they were bathing and which i always used to regret after watching. This single habit along with masturbation has ruled my life and dictated terms. Since 16, I was like always looking for opportunities to watch porn, if not, atleast masturbate using all imaginative powers.

To be honest, I have been trying to quit since 16 and i failed miserably. Now that i got the opportunity to share my story here, I wanted to accept the challenge of 90 days without masturbation and watch porn.

I hope with this Forum's help i will be able to overcome my addiction.
