completed 7 days once in past but again starting from day 0 because i relapsed . so now day 0 . will update daily

Day 6/7.. strong urges right now.

 

Was on day 18 before i found this forum and had sex and busted (about 5 days in i noticed an uptick in confidence, overall mental positivity, and energy). After busting i went to finally try and found out why i felt so good and found this place! Look forward to starting back up and keeping my man milk to myself for personal growth good to be here bois!!

 

Had just finished this challenge and then reset :-( I'm going back to the three day.

Howdy! (I'm doing this on a pc so it might be a little different on a mobile device or tablet. 1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen (right by inbox and alerts). 2. Click on "signature". There should be a dialog box underneath your streak. 3. I just wrote in the challenge names then added the checkmark icons. 4. To get the checkmark icons, click on "smiles" right above the dialog box, then click symbols.
