This is the second day... yesterday I was drinking with some friends so right now I'm feeling a bit down in dopamine... Those are the moments when you relapse. I'm studying and doing different stuff to get my mind busy. But still feeling depressed.

nobody will probably see this but I will do it for myself, Im super suprised that I had this account since I was 16, it had been 4 years and Im not over this completly but this will be diffrent I know, covid have made it harder but it will make me stronger, rigth now I struggle with distractions like news and tiktok but Im going cold turkey on that too, I cant stop feeling nostalgic for 4 years that had passed its crazy, I remember that I had a long streak for 100+ days and now I struggle to pass the week, Im on day 0 today but Im confident I will succed, today I will look for some nofap groups and also do some programming.
