I just finished the 3 day challenge.

I got flu since a week ago and it is getting worst. 2 days ago, I got fever and went to the hospital to get PCR test. Last night, I got the positive result.
So, I'm in the bedroom doing isolation right now. But, thanks to god because of this COVID-19, I never get urges in the last 3 days. Stay safe everyone!
