[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Finally i did it. After 3 time that i relapse when i enter this challenge, i manage to maintain for one week from porn and musterbation. It was hard. Sometimes i almost relapse..... i started to touch myself and musterbate, but i stop myself from continue before i was to late.
What is the next step to freedom?

Day 0. I feel absolutely out of place but only I can turn my life around for the better and make changes in areas that need to be changed. I realize my flaws and weakness and I take responsibility for all my actions. I am currently working on becoming a stronger person than I was yesterday and I can't focus on that while wasting my sexual energy on something that isn't going to benefit my tomorrow. I am not giving anything up, I am just freeing myself of the chains of destruction so I can't be held down by anything. I hope for better days ahead.
