My mind is very unsettled lately, I’m having a lot of caffeine which I think doesn’t help with OCD as well.
Hardmode - Day 5
Started yesterday, Day 1 Done, Day 2.
Soo, here we go again! I'm back from the 3 days challenge.
Almost day 1/7
Full of spirit to beat this bad habits.
Feeling mentally weak today, urges here and there. I haven't slept properly so.
I'm also noticing all the escaping mechanisms after I decided not to engage in them and just sit there. Mind saying "do this, do that" because really I'm just bored and it wants to get more and more stimulated, which causes the issue in the first place.
Feeling low, nothing seems interesting, the beginning is so hard, everything is dull, I just tell myself "hang in there if you want to get better, going back won't fix anything but if I hang in there things will get interesting again eventually."
I almost decided to PMO at one point, to hell with that. So glad I didn't, I need to move forward.
Tomorrow I'm eating well and fasting, I can't be unhealthy especially during a time when the elite is literally trying to make us sick.
