08 August. Day 5 of 7 almost done. Feel a bit low today and much more sensitive then usual. Just think having one of those days.
Day 1! (It was yesterday...)
It almost feels normal now. I'm having lesser temptation every day. More importantly, I'm feeling very energetic!
4/7 Stopped thinking about PM almost at all
Day 0 of the 7 days challenge. Things are getting out of hand, I'm joining this in order to get a grip.
09 August. Day 6 of 7. Have a bit of an anxious feeling today at times and also still feel a bit low. Had the opportunity to release last night but didn’t which I’m proud of!
Day 2 (yesterday)!
No PMO feels a lot easier now. I kind of tripped yesterday. But getting back was really easy.
I relapsed :-(
Will be jumping back into 3 day challenge.
