Have many activities outside my house. So, i feel tired when I get back home and forget the PMO.

One more thing. Panic button is useful to reduce your urges. I use it last night when I got some urges after watching too many music video. Thank god, It worked.

That's it. Day 7 of 7 after almost 2 months of pure destruction. Thank God this community exists. I know this is not the end of my addiction, but it's a chance of being different...being better.

Stay strong and keep on fighting.

I'm feeling well. No back or muscle pain and I slept well this few days. No stress, no feeling lonely, and no brain fog. I'm starting to do my homework that I have missed.
