I lapsed this morning and I want to reconnect with this community forum. Here we go again. 0/7

 

Relapsed. Back to 0/7. I woke up feeling really unwell from my second shot that I got yesterday, my brain convinced me the urge plus the unwellness was too much and I ended up falling for it's trap. I will do better this time.

I'm gonna go back to the 3 Day Challenge and do that again, once I'm past day 3 I'll be back here
