I have to start over. I had a moment of weakness last night! only because I was alone and couldn’t sleep so I fapped only one time, but still I have to start over! I’m so disappointed with myself, but I kind of knew this was gonna happen, I was doing good I was on day 5 from the previous challenge so I only needed 2 more days but I did notice a change in mood and energy levels so that’s a plus just need to try again Starting now! Day 0 let’s try this again and again until we get it right! Good luck peeps! It was definitely a challenge for me! When ever I have a moment of weakness I need to try to focus on something else so I don’t slip up why is the first night always the hardest? And the next few days after that? I was like crazy horny I could feel my energy levels were very high I had a lot of energy but at the same time was very horny! I need an accountability partner so I can have some type of support!

Day 3 of 7 let’s do this sorry I haven’t posted everyday just been busy working! I’ve noticed a change of attitude more positive attitude and just happy over all it hasn’t been easy tho that I must admit!
