Day 5/7 over. I am having urges right now after a bad day, and having a lot of studying to do doesn't really help with the anxiety triggers. But I'm stronger than this stupid addiction. I'm aware that relapsing only brings temporary satisfaction, where I should be aiming for higher goals.
