I completed day 3 thanks to Lord Shiva. I hope through Him, I will be able to make it to completing day 4.

today is also Hanuman Jayanti, and I am sure He will bless us with that level of Brahmacharya to see our attempts to a cleaner life through as well.

 

I divide this challenge to stages every stage contain 3 day but now I start from beginning.

 

Good idea. A larger challenge divided into smaller targes is not as scary. I also started with a 3-day challenge and then switched to 7-day challenge. Good luck @think with your humanity. You can do it!

It takes time to accept the fact that recovery from PMO takes a lot of time and needs a lot of attempts. It's like training a muscle.

Starting from day 0 today to reset properly for a challenge, alcohol is a massive trigger for me it's the only thing that's making me slip atm so with that knowledge day 0 here we go again
