Wed, Jun 15:

Day 6: no PM but screen time is 4h 13min > 2h. I burned out when I need to focus on reading QFT for a discussion on Thu but I was too tired, no food and don't want to focus on low - dopamine activities. These many distractions were just too sweet. Any one has some suggestions?

Go back to day 0 for: no PM and screen time < 2h.

 

Day 6 of the challenge is finished. Wow, one more day and then onto the next.

 

Starting at day 0. Been awhile but I relapsed. Was doing really well but made some mistakes. Am going to post every day until I get you day 30
