Guys, let's remember that THIS is generally by far the hardest week of recovery. Followed by the second week.
We should put all our strength into it. Because even if we have done this challenge before, this never gets less important. We just HAVE to make it through and then through the next week, to reach shallower waters.

Just finished the 3 day challenge, but always found the greatest difficulty after 7 days. Think this'll be the next step for me. Day 0/7

agreed, week 1 is deceiving to me bc it seems like it should be the easiest, but that's definitely not the case

thanks man! damn she is so hot, I won't say the name though haha! 3/7 now, day 4 of no MPO complete, longest I've been in years and already feel so much more confident, less shame, more like myself. It's crazy... I'm dead set on not stopping now! Cheers
