Bad relapse ;( So today is day 1 again. I'll do my best to take recovery seriously and finish the challenge in this run.
Day 3 That is relatable. That is how I relapsed from one of my previous streaks. Only by watching a regular movie then it started from thinking of that actress on that movie. Good call for stopping yourself.
Guys, let's remember that THIS is generally by far the hardest week of recovery. Followed by the second week. We should put all our strength into it. Because even if we have done this challenge before, this never gets less important. We just HAVE to make it through and then through the next week, to reach shallower waters.
