just made it to day 1/7 a couple minutes ago. there is turbulence in the mind but I'm going to keep it at bay. I'm feeling invigorated and I don't want to seep back into a lethargic state. let's push on!

no problems yesterday after crossing into 2/7, but when I went to bed last night, I felt a little uneasy. but I just shut my eyes and went to sleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night and I found myself reminiscing on some intimate encounters with my ex-girlfriend. I didn't cave though, thank God.
