Back to day 0. Went 5 again and relapsed. Now I know my two main triggers; alcohol and boredom. What a mess I've made. Ugh....feeling like a piece of shit....again. God, this is getting fucking old. I can't even take my own advice, how pathetic is that? I feel that hypocrisy is a huge part of this addiction. It's enraging. I'm glad I feel this way, though. Perhaps these feelings are now becoming wired into my brain. Now, when I think about PMO, I'll associate these sick feelings with that repulsive act and refrain from engaging in any of it. Only time will tell. Stay strong, teammates!

Men is likely to forget things, even deep intense pain fades away after some time.
It's not about how hard you fall. How fast can you stand up again ?

I appreciate that, brother, but I seriously just need to quit falling down. This is getting ridiculous now. I've only been on NoFap for a little over 2 months and I have for sure made a little progress, but I'm getting sick of my inability to put together a good, solid streak.

    Day 3.

One of the most important changes I've made this time around is to curb my screen time. With TV, computer, and phone time put together, I can kill most of my non-work hours in a vortex of distraction. Now that I'm trying this, life moves a lot slower. Reading a book, meditating, drinking tea. Those were my activities this morning. No need to drown myself with entertainment.

Those moments when we fall makes us stronger. It's this time, when we are most reflecting and and seeing our mistakes clearly. From this moment we can and will truly elevate.

Your fight with yourself should be when you are in battle. Not when you are slain. so after falling be positive, compassionate and mercyful with yourself.

    Stay strong and keep prograssing!

dont give up man, I relapsed before making it to Day 7 and now I want to make it to 14 but I'm not even that confident that I'll make it. I've had urges everyday until Day 7. It's not easy dont be too hard on yourself, just keep focus and take it day by day

best tip I can give is to stay busy and out of your house. I was working a lot for the past week so my only strong urges would be in the morning after waking up and at night after a long day, so I'd just have to resist 2 big urges a day

Looks like it was is too hard to do 21
days at first so i thought of beginning from 7 days and then to 14 and then 21 and so on. It has been very difficult for me so lets start easier one.

Day 5/7 of the challenge (actual PM-free day 8)

I have noticed that my senses have improved a lot - now it's more pleasurable to listen to music and to smell different stuff, especially food. I felt stronger and had more endurance when lifting weights at gym.

thats the best advice I can give you, if you stay out until and come home at night that's only one urge you gotta fight, and just go to sleep
