Aight. I'm in.
So, let's do this: Last week i masturbated and watched p for severals days in a row and sometimes i m'd 2 times a day.
I decided to quit it. I felt hollow the first days, i had no emotions, i was looking at my crush and felt nothing. I also started to take cold showers, because i heard that it helps against depression, gives you energy and makes you manly. 2 days in row my mood was good (bcz cold showers) but then my mood suddenly changed, i became anxious, and irritable again. I got tempted, and relapsed.
Now I'm on my 1 day. A tip: I also noticed that after taking naps i get urges, and some of my streak braking relapses happend after i woke up from a nap.
Day 2 completed. Got some challenges ahead of me. Tonight the girl wants to do stuff. Personally, I'm okay with O, but I'm nowhere near the point where it's easy for her to make me O. So I'll probably be shooting myself in the foot.
This day was a little easier than Day 1 for me, but it was still tough and I still thought about it a bit. But the burning feeling in my loins has calmed down.
Now, however, I think it's returning. LALALALALA gotta think of something else.

Yes yes! Cold showers are great at destroying anxiety/depression/aggression and simply being in control of your body! Everyone should have cold showers especially when the time strikes.
How to not get caught off guard ?
Avoid these videos at all costs, try to watch them in a public place so you won't do anything like that there.
Cold showers will help too.
Try to workout so hard that your body is not in the mood for it.
If you feel the urge just start messaging a friend, you won't pmo if you are having a decent conversation online (hopefully)
Fasting helps too, staving off food for a couple of hours makes me want to eat and not fuck

Even if you break the cycle you do not loose all of the discipline you built up in the previous day's from abstaining.

To those struggling through the first few days - I've found putting Block Site on your web browser and New Tab to help massively - the curve ball to your routine of clicking and finding the P right away can buy you just enough time you need to snap out of it!
AV007 - I'm not counting real sex as I believe that is the goal (for me anyways) to be able to rewire my brain to be in the moment with a lovely lady and not think of PMO self play moments to experience how beautiful the person is and not replace them with a fantasy.
i totally agree with you friend if u get a lovely partner u going to be happy most of the time. there will be no urgencies.
