Today is my sixth day
7/7 - so guess i should move onto the next challenge !

Day 2 after months and months of relapsing , this is it , I feel motivated , I'm taking 3 weeks leaf this Friday , its almost Christmas , I mean it is the best time to start

Day 2 and feeling awesome. Just got home from work. Now I will walk 10km and then hit the gym

Day 1. I've been removing some of my trigger points...feels like I'm plotting against myself!
i kno that i finished the 7 days challenge but realtalk i relasped rite after so i think it doesnt count so here it is 0/7

Day 8 on 7 but I've started from 1, so the challenge is completed.

What to do after 7 days? Go on? But for these 5 days I was like "just 7 days, just 7 days, you can do it!" I think I won't be able to control after 7 days.
Go on! Think that's what you're supposed to do because in the grand scheme of things, while 7 days is great, it's no enough to completely reboot your system.
