Day 3/7 - I am going strong with implementing two positive habits in my life. Meditation and a great sleep schedule. So far, it has gone great. I am so thankful for this site; you guys have propelled me forward in my life.
This is Day 2 of my 7-Day Challenge (for some reason my no pmo tracker is not working). Today was easy again. I'm most aware of my no pmo status in the morning.
Reporting in for Day 2. Have a lot of studying to do, so I don't have time to relapse. That, and some pre-New Year work (X_X) Still, anything that will keep me distracted is manna from heaven.

Ugh. I gave in last night and PMO. I really wanted to coneplete the challenege by the end of this year. I am goin to take a few days of rest till the end of the year. Not to say i’m going to PMO all the time but for me it takes a lot of mental energy to know i am doing the 7 day challenege. I really want to do it and I will be on the hall of fame soon, but i going to restart and recommit on Jan 1. Till then.... i’m going to do some research into some better methods i can do to beat this challenege on hard mode. Ill be back 1-1-18 - The Dustbin
