Feeling better, less anxious. I keep reading about the benefits to keep me motivated.

Day 6 done and gone!!!
Well I blew it... I relapsed last night *sigh* Starting this challenge over now, Day 0 for me of this challenge (again) maybe this time around I'll complete the challenge, fingers crossed!
Im in, lets do this!
First day down!
I'm in for real. If I got blue balls, diarrhea, nausea, anxiety, desperation, fuck it. I will not click on instagram and porn.
You are all so fucking awesome! You are all working so hard and learning the benefits of no PMO. You are also learning the consequences of it whenever you relapse, I'm so proud in you guys!!!

I'm in! Day 0. Have to start somewhere, road to a better life!
I am in a grey area - I am on Day 5 but I was listening to hypnosis audios to fall asleep and I had an intense dream, I woke up "dry" but I am SURE I came but there was no fluid. I am SURE I touched myself but nothing on my hand not even dry debris. I am 100% sure something happened like I remember it vividly - could it be a wet dream is this intense? I don't know but I'm giving myself benefit of the doubt and battling on as my body still felt STRONG and not weakened like it usually does after fapping. So well Day 5 here

Well, day 4 is on the way and I can tell that depression has diminished, anxiety has diminished, I have more energy, and feel less sleepy. As a person who meditates, I can feel more energy moving through my body.
Then again, how do I keep myself motivated: I read about the benefits of not PMO.
