    Go to take a cold shower check recovery video' on YouTube or go to yourbrainonporn.com read a book etc avoid thinking about porn there are a lot better things to do bro ;-)

    Day 2 complete, on to Day 3!!! I find that expanding my awareness on the negative effects of masturbation & orgasm as well as the positive effects of abstaining from Masturbation is helping me tremendously!!! Let's gooooo!!!!!

    Day 0. Today should have been day 5, but instead I relapsed just now. (5PM)

    I haven't been posting here daily, as I should, but arguably for the same reasons I haven't relapsed till now - I've been busy and not thinking about PMO. But I do think I should have allowed a couple minutes at the end of the day to renew my resolve.

    The problem is its so hard in the moment to consider the gravity of relapsing again. I don't know what goes on in the mind, but its like it forgets that I never freaking want to do that again. Anyone know how to get one's purpose really ingrained?

    Reached 6 days, then relapsed because I couldn't sleep. Then, did some PMO for a couple of days. Getting back on track now.
