Relapsed back to 0 again :-( as @2525 said do not watch it always and relepsed even if we watch for a very short time Have blame myself pm next time i will not do it if i think about it. Stay strong and we will win this bad habit

 

I relapsed last night. Starting over today.

Day 6, and I can't believe how just 6 days so far has made me regain really intense morning wood. Something that I have not experienced on a regular basis now since years..

 

It was a struggle, yesterday, but I didn't do anything. Played a real card game with somebody else, and that seemed to get my mind off it, quickly. So I'm three days in now.
