Hey, count me in! I'm at day 0 right now, so it seems like the perfect time to accept this challenge. Let's do this!

 

4 days completed! Days 5,6, and 7 are usually the most difficult; but the only failure we have to fear is the failure of not trying. Plus, now I have you all to encourage me.

Even though I've completed this challenge before, I relapsed earlier this morning and I need a short term goal to motivate me to get back up.

3/7 I relapsed again on Friday shortly after posting a previous relapse but it's going great cold showers really helps
