I’m in. I’ve been able to reach 7 days several times before, but I’m always unmotivated by the end. Hopefully this will help!
Wow. I love this. I'm actually getting started and it's going pretty well. It's my Day 0 here.
Just started !! i have been trying to quit for a while but recently i have been doing bad
Day 0. Gonna complete it this time.
Day 3. Love this forum already
Day 2, only, thought it was going to be like day 6. Progress is slow. Having said that I was tempted all yesterday evening and didn't give in so glad about that.
Day 4. A little bit depressed now. No Energy. But I am glad that I am at day 4.

Day 0/7 relapsed due to frustration today i was benched 3 times in a row at my local soccer team but am back stronger learnt a lesson ,frustration can lead to relapses
