thanks. i'll keep at it. she was mad when she asked if i watched adult movies and i watched non nudity video though.

i really have to abstain

 

Day 6 for me, over in a couple of hours... Almost complete! Will extend this one to the 21-day challenge. Don't give up guys, first couple of days are the hardest. I can imagine it will get easier, and I notice I am more open and less needy around people.

 

Stay strong all of you. Day 1 - 7 will be hard, but complete these challenge it will get easier after that. You all can do this !

relapse on second day, restarting. Day0

 

A bit pissed I can't even do 7 days and keep relapsing! But day 1 of 7, hopefully i make the week, then the month, then 90 days etc etc.

Ive changed a few things, and feeling a bit more positive for this streak, so I can and will reach my goals!!
