Day 1 complete going through day 2
was on 2nd day, relapsed. My urges start strong on second day. But I reduced my relapse to one, I had urges to relapse twice in the same day but I didnt so I'm happy. I can feel still feel the long term benifits of each streak adding to my well being. Day 1/7
Day 3/7 I feel o.k.
Day 2 of 7 complete
Back to day 0. Slipped this morning.
Its day 2/7.... hard to resist.. but hope to achieve success...
Day 2. Feeling less optimistic. Man, what a freaking struggle…
7/7 @2525. This has been a long week! Now on to the 14 day challenge. Don't give up. I'm not. I'm determined to get this horrific monkey off my back. It has been dragging me down for far too long. Stay strong everyone! Also as I type this I notice my hands are shaking.

Day 1 of 7 urges was on all time high. Made sure to stay away from my phone and didn’t go in my room until I got tired.
