day 1 complete!
0/7 No PMO -- Although my goal is No P or P-subs, which I'm still on track with, I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.
Day 0 had a streak now i cant go long again
Day 3/7. Still on track.did have some urges but when I picture my name on the hall of fame it gives me power to keep up
relapsed, 0/7 9pm
Starting day 5.
Day 2: Been doing a lot of long distance running, it has really been helping with recovery from the relapse...!

Day 4 and Day 5. Was too busy to check in yesterday but thats a good thing in many ways! Still staying strong
