Count me in starting here at day 0, I'm currently on day 7.

 

Day 0 i'M gonna hang my name on hall of famers this week

 

Five days without beating off. Long time since that happened.

 

Now i am in day 1, yey, good for me

Day 7 out of seven ongoing here!

I will tomorrow start over again at day 1 because I think it easier gets out of hand the recovery process if you count over two weeks and more, this keeps me humble and in check.

The no P or P-Sub is easy however no MO has proven harder than I thought... Relapse but I am determined to make at least a week of hard mode PMO. Here we go again.
