Day 3 completed. Day was better but there were some urges, thankfully I avoided it. It has been a wonderful journey with Nofap, although I have relapsed for more than 20 times, Each relapse makes me more strong. I read that Porn Industry is 13 billion dollar industry and that at each second, 20000 people watch porn all over. But they forget, that at same time, 80000 people are trying to quit porn. It's time we forget porn and give ourselves a new chance.

I think this is a great idea because it's a nice way to break down a seemingly impossible goal of 90+ days into a smaller one that seems a lot more achievable. Day 1 it is!

Just finished day 2.officially on fay 3 still going strong. Before joining this community i used to relapse on fay 3 and for but now i have a target of 7 days and support from you guys.i will make it.lets keep going guys.

I'm in. It's day 0 for me and I'm going to be clean for a week. I'll try my best to post daily as it is a struggle for me.

 

Relapsed again, really annoying. Was working out today, feeling good, but still to much free time.
I will work on it, not giving up.

Good Day Brothers,
I am joining the 7 days challenge. I have been free for 1 day and 20 hours today. Will continue to post tomorrow and daily, hoping to achieve this goal. Wishing everyone a successful challenge.

So far so good. Anxiety is creeping in every now and then but I think I'll manage.
Thank you guys for all the support. Makes me feel like I'm part of something.
