Day 3/7.

 

I just started a few days ago, now I've completed day 2. I suffer from PIED and really want it to stop. So far, there were no real struggles, but I know it will get hard around day 7 for me personally. I've tried several times to stop, but relapsed every time. This is the first time for me to post on NoFap. I hope it really helps!

Day 3/7: Successful
I knew if I go back home, I will be alone for whole of the afternoon. Hence I avoided to go back home. I remained on road. I called friends. Searched where can I go. I needed to pass time till evening, when my wife will be back again. One friend said to come and meet. I went to his place. We passes good time discussing life. I was successful that day, abstaining from PMO.

 

Day 4/7: Successful!
I again avoided my being alone at home. I went out. On roads. Wandering on my bike. For hours. In heat. In sunlight. Around the city. Distant places. Spent some time in a public garden. Then came back home. Sat with father and mother. And this way avoided my loneliness.
