I'm back from a 5 day detox. I only used my computer for class and nothing else. My mind felt much more relaxed the first three days, but I could feel the withdrawals coming on day 4. Computers can be addicting even if one doesn't get on porn. I have gone 6 days with no PMO, but I will still start from day 0 of 7 for this challenge since I haven't been posting everyday. Day 0 of 7
Day 5 in progress. Almost there.
Day 3 of 7 done
The strategy of staying away from the internet is really paying of right now. Yes there are minor urges and I also did not sleep very well, but I just pulled through it. Keeping stress low, reading books, working out, hope this goes on.
Made it through the 7 days, but going for round 2! Day 0
No urges again today just some very pornographic images that popped into my head. I made it a point not to follow the "story line" and stopped paying attention to them. I'm very stressed out the past two days (unrelated to challenge) and this is usually when i turn to PMO for distraction. Not doing that the past two days. I need to get my stress under control and get some work done. It feels good to realize that I'm not giving in where I used to give in to PMO. I really want to take that excess energy and pour it into my work.
Day 5/7 ok I'm more focus on doing other things rather than thinking about PMO
Day 6/7 one more day and I complete my first week in a long long time.
