After ~17 years of porn addiction (now over half my life!) and the last few years just given up even trying, here I am again. This is my first time with the help of the NoFap community, am super hopeful that this will be the little extra assistance to keep me on track. Even if I fall down, I will get back up, learn and try again. And again. And again.

on my 5th day..... had good night sleep but sometimes urges exist at night..... panic button helps sometimes rest of the time trying to keep myself busy....
