Hey I'm in. Tried standard mode and it didn't work. Up for 7 days hard mode.

 

I made it to 7 days.
Houraay! I hope to not come back to this challenge again.

I relapsed on day 6 I feel bad I don't know why I did it but I could not handle the urges and I just want to get it out of my system.

Restarting from 0.... I gave in to urges... I controlled a lot talked to ppl washed my face.... It just was there for too long.... I scratched my hair pulled a couple it just was too strong and I failed ......

I hadn't done this since the beginning of the year. At that time it was waay harder. Since that time I've reduced the quote of PMO a lot and it seems it has help. Now I could go 7-10 days way easier. Let's see how this goes to day 30.
