Its my last day. Really a nice experience about nofap. I have been beating myself since 3years and so its the first time i break the addiction. I will definitely continue with this...

 

How to leave the challenge? As i have completed my 7 days of nofap.

 

Day 2. What a challenge. Will it be easier or harder, as longer it last? I will find out on the hard way.

Have completed the challenge today would be in one hour day 8 but i relapsed (but without watching porn) i think its a little bit progress will now go to the next challenge and keep longer my strike!

3/7 urges creeping in to masterbate. I thought alot about sexs but not with my partner.

 

Day 4/7: I had a feeling that I want to give up just a couple of minutes ago while surfing instagram..
But I regained control and refused such a thing!
Off to the 5th day... I can do it!
