[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

1/7 Just completed the 3 day challenge, started from scratch after I just kept relapsing.

 

I failed yesterday again. I don't know why I did it. It is as if it was a compulsion.

I will try again. Day 0.

Day 3/7 done. I almost M yesterday, but my mind made me think again two times. May the force be with you.

 

Day Zed. Well, here I am. My back story is in the introduction section. Short version-- I basically have 90 days to reboot my entire life. Failure is not an option. I read a quote the other day that said "You can choose to lead a life of discipline, or live a life of regret." I have been living the regret. Screw that. Time to get my poop in a group!

Well, I made it 7 total days, but that includes the previous 3 day challenge. I'm now going to restart the 7 day challenge.

 

2/7

 

Once more today is the 0th day. A co-worker misbehaved & insulted me while I shared a happy news to him. Then all hell broke loose inside me. I want to go to the gym, I want to quit doing this. But I don't know where to start guys. My day begin at 5 a.m. and I work until 6 (12 hours nearly). There is no energy left in me :-(
