Forgot to post yesterday until too late. Now it's day 3.

 

I completed the 3 day challenge and now I will start the 7 day challenge. As per the rules, this will be Day 0

Had no time to post the last three days of my challenge so:
Tuesday Day 5
Wednesday Day 6
Thursday Day 7
=> Challenge was completed yesterday!

 

Day 5 - No strong cravings so far. Made plans to keep myself busy this weekend. Still, mustn't get complacent; always take it one day at a time.

 

Its really tough when the urges kick in. Take it on day at a time, do a deal with the urge that, if you both get through today, you can see how you both feel tomorrow. The opportunity will still be there right, propably for every day for the rest of your lives; so all u have to do is put it off and see how you go. Good luck to you and your urge
