Day 1 done
Had no time to post the last three days of my challenge so:
Tuesday Day 5
Wednesday Day 6
Thursday Day 7
=> Challenge was completed yesterday!
Day 5 - No strong cravings so far. Made plans to keep myself busy this weekend. Still, mustn't get complacent; always take it one day at a time.
Its really tough when the urges kick in. Take it on day at a time, do a deal with the urge that, if you both get through today, you can see how you both feel tomorrow. The opportunity will still be there right, propably for every day for the rest of your lives; so all u have to do is put it off and see how you go. Good luck to you and your urge

I faced so many bad thoughts, my brain remind me the past time screen and my gf also.
How to face it, i go for imagination and sudden stop but it is hard.
I am afraid of it, if i fail again.
